Inga problem alls!
September is almost over and it´s time to post the result of this month´s bookchallenge from the blog Majas Paradis. Some years ago I recieved this book from a friend. With the book was the fabric, so you could sew the bag on the frontside. The bag turned out pretty nice and I had no problems sewing it!
I decided to sew something from this book and choosed to sew a pouch. My first version is still not finished. Bookquotation: ”Turn the pouch, right side out and put the zipperends in the sideseams” How do you do that? Especially when the zipperends are supposed to be on the outside of the pouch!!!!
On the next pouch I improvised and did it my way 🙂 Now my question are: did the translater missunderstood something in the tutorial or is it I who don´t understand??? The first pouch looks a bit different cause I added batting and that was not in the tutorial. Well, I´m gonna finish the first pouch also, cause even if they are not totally the same as in the book, you can still use them!
I link to EvaJ, Monday, Show and Tell. It´s Tuesday and time to visit her blog if you haven´t done that earlier. Lots of inspiraion and even more links to other great quilters!
I wonder if anyone has the book in English, so they can check what the original version says…

They’re both cute bags, in spite of the difficulties you’ve had. :- )

Thank you!

It’s nice! Especially I like the bear in the end of the zipperends! Yes, all is nice, but it was a cute detail!
GillaGilla
Tack så mycket för det 🙂
