Yes, today is the first Sunday in Advent. Outside is blowing almost storm and the wind is carrying snow. Not my kind of weather! Feels better to sit indoors and show you my embroideries 🙂 This is the ”Cat parade” six weeks ago:
Och så här ser den ut idag:
And this is how it looks today:
Maybe not that big different, but I have been stitching on it! Besides that I have also finished ”Tiny SAL” from Connie Gee. Now I just have to figure out how to use it 🙂 If you don´t have anything to stitch on right now, I can recommend Connies´group on Facebook. She will soon start a new SAL, which at least I will follow!
So I follow two SAL. In one (Connie) we are all following the same pattern and in the other one (this one 🙂 ) we can stitch whatever we wish!!!! Then every third Sunday we post about the progress and it´s up to ourselves to decide how much we´ll stitch from time to time. If you are interested to join us, just contact Avis and she will tell you more about the whole idea! Here are the links to everyone in the group and this week we also welcome a new member, Helen!:

Your black work looks fantastic, & the cats are coming along nicely. I’m not very good with snow, a good excuse to craft.

Thank you!

Blowing snow is never any fun, but it does put me in the mood for Christmas! I am looking forward to see what that cat is up to, and I really like your colorful black work, maybe it would make a lovely pin cushion?
GillaGilla
I´ll try to work more on the cats, now that the blackwork is finished!

Thank you 🙂

Nice progress on the cat parade. Your Connie G piece is really pretty. I’m not a fan of specialty stitches (won’t do them myself) but I love seeing them when others stitch them.

Thank you! I thought it was fun to do stitch something else than cross stitches!

That’s impressive, results on two different pieces of work. Stay warm and dry inside, and I’ll look forward to more cat next time!

They are on their way, lining up nicely 🙂
