I don´t remember when I started stitching on this embroidery. Feels like I´m posting and posting over and over again, but never get any closer to the finish 🙂 This is how far I was three weeks ago:
And here I am now! Cats and ducks are gonna marsch on in the wall. A lot of backstitches are making it all look better, I hope. I´m gonna finish this half of the embroidery, before I start stitching on the rest of the cats.
I´m part of an embroidery group (SAL, Stitch-along). Every third Sunday we post about our embroideries. Sometimes we stitch a lot, sometimes nothing at all. We decide ourselves. The best thing with this SAL (besides getting friends all over the world), is that you actually get your embroideries finished. Cause you (I) don´t want to show a work that haven´t been stitch on since last time 🙂 Down below you´ll find the links to all the ladies participating. Men are of course also welcome to join the SAL. Are you interested, all you need to do is to contact Avis!

there are going tp be ducks too?
GillaGilla
I think I´ve chosen the wrong preposition. Should of course be ”in” instead of ”on”. Better change that 🙂

This is going to be amazing – I didn’t realise we were only seeing half of it!
GillaGilla
Well, the other half is to the left. And the cats and ducks are marching in the wall all the way!
GillaGilla
You’ll definitely have to show some marching cats and ducks for next time!
GillaGilla
I will, I promise 🙂
GillaGilla
Ducks, I had no idea! Can’t wait to see this develop!
GillaGilla

Wow! I too had no idea there were ducks coming! It looks wonderful, and now you’ve mentioned ducks I can’t wait to see them! I feel the same way about my SAL piece, but all progress is still progress!
GillaGilla
The ducks are like a painting on the wall. If you try, you could maybe see one on the bottom photo!
