So this post was gonna be without any pohotos or at least I thought so. My photo program on my PC want work and the family´s computer expert is sleeping! Then I did managed to find some scrappy photos that I don´t think I have shown you earlier and if you have seen them, well, you just have to see them one more time 🙂

That Handmade Touch” by Svetlana Sotak.
The first photo is a zipper pouch. The pattern is from the book ”That Handmade Touch” by Svetlana Sotak.

Many years ago my friend Kate from Australia and I started this group. On the 15th every month we write about scraps on our blogs. We are a pretty large group now, working and writing about scraps and it isn´t just about fabric scraps. Do you recognize yourself in this and want to join us? Say so in the comment or contact Kate (first name on the list below). You don´t have to post every month, but one post per year would be nice!

Gun, can you believe it’s 5 years and 1 month ago? Years and years of using scraps and making pretty things. Years of saving perfectly good fabric, yarn, and other materials from landfill. I’m so proud that our simple idea has had such a scrapHAPPY result 🙂
Love your pouch, love your scrappy tubs. I hope your PC starts to behave itself soon!

Sigh… PCs are trouble. I like my Apple Mac laptop! And yes, the first ScrapHappy post was 5 years ago. Amazing! Just think of all the scraps we’ve saved in that time!

Even if I had seen them before, they’d be worth seeing again! That’s a great bag, and the boxes would be terrific for so many things. Thank you for showing them.

Look what you and Kate have created and all the scraps you’ve saved through the work of those you’ve inspired! I honestly think scrap sewing is one of my favorite things to do. I get such a charge out of making something out of things other people would just toss. I hope you can get your computer issues resolved so we can see any new scrappy goodness you’ve made since this post. Your work is always so bright and cheerful. 🙂
